Full Time Hiring

Hiring Full Time Developer Model helps you to be in constant touch with the developer, treating them as your extended employee, plus develop the project within your time boundaries. Your developer and project can be directly controlled and managed at your end, and it's just like your employee sitting at another place and performing your needed activities at lower costs and free infrastructure.

- Each developer hired by you shall work for 8 hours a day and 5 days a week.

- The work shall be carried out in 2 shifts, which accounts for a full day.

- 10.30 AM to 07.00 PM IST (+5:30 GMT) / Day.

- 10.30 PM to 07.00 AM IST (+5:30 GMT) / Day.

- Client to developer interactions shall be either through email or chat.

- Invoices shall reach you in a day’s time. However, payments are to be made in advance for the same.

- The entire project shall be managed from your end.

- In case, a developer goes on leave or it’s not a working day, then those hours will be saved for you, for the next working day.

Part time Hiring

Part time hiring model shall attribute a time span of 4 hrs every day to your project. You shall be in constant touch with your selected developer for those 4 hours every day.

- Each developer hired by you shall work dedicatedly for 4 hours a day and 5 days a week.

- Client to developer interactions shall be either through email or chat.

- Invoices shall reach you in a day’s time. However, payments are to be made in advance for the same

- In case, a developer goes on leave or arrives during non-working hours of the day, those hours will be saved for you, for the next working day.

Hourly Hiring:
